(Were you, by chance, searching for "diner games"?)
This site is full of original material for players of table-top role-playing games. Input and collaboration is welcomed! Please read more about the site here. Or just dive in to whatever looks interesting.
A couple of recommendations: GURPS players, check out what's at The GURPS Diner. The house special is GULLIVER, an easy rules expansion for creating and playing odd-sized creatures. To see the lunch, dinner, wine, and kids' menus all at once, peek at the site map. Take your time; the busboy will be along shortly to clear you a place.

Wed, 2007-03-14 05:41 — alimantando (not verified)I just looked up what "esteemed" means. Can't say I ever saw this word before.
Like Esteemed Visitor here :-) I would prefer to login before posting. But don't let me hasten you. Take as much time you need. Or don't. Whatever.
Nevertheless it's a bit stange, that I can comment with my own name but I could not figure out how to start a new topic that way. Maybe THEY just don't want me to. FNORD
*well*
That editor don't like me either. The Previews looked like typed by a mad designer.

Sun, 2007-03-18 22:33 — tboneHello, Alimantando! Your comments are esteemed.
If you'd like to log in: now's the time! I don't know whether you read the newsletter or not, but the latest issue has semi-secret instructions for registering and logging in. Please take a look. I'd be pleased to have you as a "member".
THE TAKEOUT MENU #003
Re forums: Yes, that could be, that forum topics require a log-in in order for you to input a name. An odd quirk of the system!
If you're registered and logged in, your forum topics will carry your name. I confirmed this with a test ID.
Finally, editors: All that I've tried have some drawback. I dislike them all so far. Until I can install a likeable one (like the SJG forums editor – I have no complaint with it), just using plain, non-WYSIWYG text is probably the most palatable. Sorry!

Fri, 2007-01-19 17:12 — tboneAhoy! There's currently no registration system; I figured I'd tackle that when people ask about it. And I guess I can take your comment as that request. : )
Here's the schedule: Just a few days ago, a major upgrade to the CMS tech (Drupal) that lies behind this site was released, and I've been learning what's new. First I'll upgrade this site to the new Drupal version in the coming days, then implement the registration system.
I'll keep things simple for people who want to take part without registering, but there will be some benefit for registration as well.
